I trial dogs in Obedience, Rally, Herding and Barn Hunt. I started in 1982 with a Doberman and they’re my main breed. My current Doberman earned his Barn Hunt Master Champion as well as Obedience and Rally titles. My late Sheltie Sabrina earned the AHBA Herding Ranch Dog title. My current Sheltie puppy earned her RATI at six months and helps me with my work on a sheep farm.

I’m a Barn Hunt judge, an AKC Farm Dog Certification and Fetch Dog judge and a CGC evaluator. I was a 4H leader and dog trainer for eight years. I’m president of the Doberman Pinscher Club of the Tappan Zee and trial chair for their Obedience and Rally trials. I’m also a member of the American Tending Breeds Association, Somerset Hills Kennel Club, Shetland Sheepdog Club of Northern NJ and the Doberman Pinscher Club of America.
